Are you doing a tummy exercise that are suppose to help your tummy fat but are causing you more pain then anything else.
If you start to do workouts and you also do back arches you maybe putting more pressure on the joints of the back. This can cause a serious injury so be very careful when you are doing any lifting of the feet off the ground as well as bringing the hips to 90 degrees decreases the arch in the back and takes off some pressure. You can often feel when you are putting to much stress on the back.
