In order to lose weight I have tried a lot of exercises. Well, I can say that I am one of the many people who would like to spend their free time moving and sweating. I kept looking for the best and fun way for me to exercise and tone my body. Then a friend asked me to try Tae Bo. We first did it together at their home. She let me borrow the dvds for awhile until I got hooked up and decided to buy my own package.
