When trying to lose weight, there are always two main concerns that must be addressed: food and exercise. How much you eat and how much of that you burn off. This article will be more about diet, basically a low fat food that you might want to take up.

One thing you have to understand is that food itself is not fattening. It’s the way we prepare it that turns it into a calorie bomb. For example, a regular apple would 53 calories in all. However, an apple pie would give you around 250 calories. So basically, if you eat an apple pie, you’ll be eating as much as five apples! So if you only ate the apple, then one piece would be enough for you, right? Do you see the difference?
