A lack of physical activities can prevent you from living a healthy life. When you do not enjoy activities, you can feel fatigue or find it difficult to sleep at night. Once you are awake in the morning, you may feel exhausted till you finally fall asleep. As we age, our body changes and we have to make changes to accommodate our lives.
