Try to sit somewhere comfortable and quite, and breathe in from your diaphragm. Hold your breath for few seconds and gradually breathe out.

Try to comprehend people’s actions and sayings from their perspective. Try to understand the facts that make up a certain opinion in other person’s mind. Different backgrounds, distinct upbringing, environment and personal experiences, can all have an important role in differentiating people from others. So, the difference of opinion is natural. If you think they are wrong, avoid getting into arguments unless you really it is going to be a constructive one.
